4Th and J is a pet-friendly property! There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment. Per pet deposit of $400 with a monthly pet rent of $50. Breed Restrictions: No Aggressive breeds allowed and a weight limit of 60 lbs.
Reserved assigned garage parking is available for an additional monthly fee. Designated guest parking is available on a limited basis. Residents are not permitted to park in guest parking.
No smoking is allowed in the building. Smoking in designated areas only and must be a minimum of 25ft from any building or common area.
Renter’s Insurance: Book & Ladder requires each Resident to maintain Renters Insurance. Renter’s Insurance may be acquired from the approved carrier for the property or with proof from a third-party carrier. Proof would be considered as providing a Declaration Page from your Insurance Company or a Certificate of insurance provided by the provider. You must have the community’s legal name listed as an additional interest. Proof of Insurance will be required before the date of move-in. Book & Ladder requires all new and renewing residents to have a Renters Insurance policy with a minimum liability limit of $100,000.

Yes, guest parking passes are available through the leasing office or public street parking.
If it’s during office hours then the leasing office can open or make a key, if it’s after hours then call the onsite team or locksmith.

The appliances that are included in the apartment are a washer, dryer, garbage disposal, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
As low as 3-4 days.
60-day notice is required plus 2 month’s rent fee to break the lease early.
